Shorten 1st section

pull strap...                                               until it blocks...                                       secure with a half knot
                                                                                                                                 

WARNING: 
don't block upper section. Tie the half-knot below the ring.



Shorten 2nd section

pull strap...                                              until it blocks...                                       half-knot.


Shorten 3rd section

pull strap...                                              until it blocks...                                       half-knot.


Deploy stirrups

pull stirrup sleeves ...                              stirrups are deployed.                    
 

Climb with stirrups

 place foot on largest stirrup                   push on stirrup, pull with opposite hand.
 
repeat with shorter stirrups..                   until you reach the deck.
